Wonder how this can be relevant for a team? Easy! To work well and efficient amongst each other starts with you. A balanced individual acts with clarity, strength and compassion. If we understand how we react, think and show up everyday - and master our attitude - then we can work in any team! Being more calm, patient and understanding. Our own breath can help us to manage all of that!

During our team building we’ll learn different breathing techniques that can shift your energy, focus and motivation. We’ll embark on a calming but elevating breath meditation and I’ll introduce how amazingly simple mindset and breath practices and language can improve our daily life. We will have a fun look at habits we have - or maybe the ones only your colleagues see ;-)

We’ll enjoy a meal together afterwards. A meal that inspires you what food to pick that keeps your head off the table and won’t make you feel heavy after your lunch break at work.

Most important for me is that at the end of the event you got new input on how your behavior, words, reactions, habits, food and random kindness influences your day, and improves team work and work tasks. These tools at work just as well as in our private lives.

Location: In a tropical house in Miami or your hotel
