Learn how to breathe, which breath is the right one for you and how to implement it at work and at home. In this 75 min session you’ll learn, explore and work on your own breath along with different practices like mediation and mindfulness. This session is done seated and contains multiple short breathwork practices. Available for couples, parents and groups - please contact me for prices.

What to expect:

This session is for you, when you just want to breathe better. How you breathe is how you life, if you feel like you can step up your game, your focus, your energy/motivation, health and overall wellbeing. Correct breathing has many benefits - from reducing allergies, pain, heart rate, insomnia or fatigue from an imbalanced or off oxygen supply in your body.
