Cacao Morning Ritual

Ingredients:

• 18 grams of cacao

  • 8-9 oz of water

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • Sweetener of your choice, 1 tsp honey/sugar/panela

  • Spices : Cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, cardamom, and a hint of black pepper (or cayenne) and salt.

  • Extras: Choose one and add a pinch:
    1) Mushroom powder (Chaga, Reishi, Cordyceps, Maitake, Shiitake, Lion's Mane, Turkey Tail) or for women Ashwagandha

    2) Moringa Powder

    3) Shilajit
